Is an annual film festival held since 1996 in Milan, Italy. Founded originally as a competition of only local short films, it became an international film festival in 1998. . In 1999, feature films commenced to be shown, and in the following year they started to compete for the Best Film Award. The Milano Film Festival is from  September 8 to September 18, 2016.
