LA Film Critics: The Tale of The Princess Kaguya, Best Animation

The Los Angeles Film Critics Association has just named, The Tale of the Princess Kaguya as the best animation for 2014. The runner-up for best animation went to, The Lego movie. The Lego Movie won 2 awards for the night that consisted of the BAFTA Children’s Award and the New York Film Critics Circle. How to train your dragon 2 won best National Board of Review. From last years record it is known that movies nominated and have won in the past for the LA Film Critics have been successful overall and have been nominated for Academy Awards. Last year LA Film Critics Honored Ernest & Celestine and The Wind Rises. All of the films listed from last year and this year for best animation have been nominated for best animation at the Academy Awards
